I was thinking of convincing someone in the building to place some kind of OpenWRT device near their window, and in exchange paying for their whole internet access fees and place another OpenWRT device in front of my window.
What device to use ? What antennas ? Other alternatives ?

10Mb is about 1Mo/s, that awful when multiple people in the house have an intensive internet usage.
When SSH starts lagging, it just not bearable anymore.
