What phone would you use until you die if forced?

my s4 is probably fine. If i knew it would be the last phone i could ever use i'd probably get a better case for it then the 5 dollar plastic ebay one that i broke 2 years ago.

Still got my note 3 not looking to update anytime soon, but if it was the last I might go to the note 5

You need to have root access in your device first, and then just edit the model and manufacturer strings in the build.prop file. There are numerous guides for that online.
Or alternatively there are apps that edit that for you, one of them is "market helper" but they don't always work right for me.

Assuming it didn't break, probably Google Pixel XL - with 128GB internal storage.
