Ubuntu Mini exists
So why does Arch?
System D
>>57545242
Arch has systemd.
Also what's so bad about systemd?

I think that a majority of posters who shit talk systemD are just kids in high school who don't actually know what they're talking about, they just copy shit they see on /g/. There's definitely some people who have legitimate gripes with it, but all I ever see are the "muh botnet" posts

I think this post proves your point enough:

After all these years I still don't know if that's a boy or a girl.
>>57545324
Why not both?

Debian netinstall exists
So why does Ubuntu?
>>57545397
No, kill yourself.
>>57545397
How the fuck do you make Windows Vista look like that?
>>57545431
Masochism.
>>57545224
Ubuntu is trash, though. It's the only distro I've ever used that broke on routine updates.
It only took a couple times before I quit using it.
I used arch for a couple years with no probs.
>>57545224
Because everything just werks on my t420 and its the least bloat distro with the best documentation. Literally every problem i've ever had with Arch has had at least 3 essay length forum posts with people with the same hardware or program having the same issue. Even on my shitty ass old lenovo (non-thinkpad) I inherited from someone I did an install on, nothing fucking worked but with the time investment everything ran and it was faster and easier to customize to my liking than any other distro.

Are you kidding? People who are against it are serious and everyone mentions how outrageously Systemd breaks away from the Unix philosophy.

AUR
>>57545554
Linux isn't Unix. The Unix philosophy is bullshit and dead btw.
>>57545224
Rolling release instead of biannual releases
Pacman instead of the abortion that is apt
Aur instead of a 100 ppas that break every 6 months
I ran Ubuntu for 4 years and arch for 5, Ubuntu broke every new release and arch broke twice ever, both of which were my fault.

>Unix philosophy.
Please ignore all BSD shills.
