You can get cheaper too by buying used.
750ti's are half a step down from the low end 460's and they're all over eBay for 50-70$
Ram can also be cheap used or you can do 4gb now and get another stick if you need 8gb

For "nigga I'm broke" mode you can get an Athlon 5350 and an ECS am1 board for like 60$ total new, with a PSU and ram you can get a lightweight shitposting/CSGO machine for like 100$

It needs to be strong enough to take revenge on Cipher, and to do that, you need to collect soldiers, or "parts."

I'd cheap out on the SSD and get the smallest msata or m.2 possible..go for the micro cheapo motherboard..add 4 gig ram only. Then put the rest into CPU GPU evenly. Add secondhand case and psu, new parts for the rest.

The only way to build a pc really cheap is to lowball the poop out of people on Craigslist and wait for good parts. I got three monitor for 10$ each and I got a 970 for 120$ but honestly I've seen 750tis for 50$
