Hey /g/,
I'm trying to find a Christmas gift to give to my brother, and I was thinking of getting him a pair of computer glasses. It looks like they'd be around $200 for the prescription version.
Does anybody own computer glasses, gunnars or otherwise? Are they worth the money?

It was actually more for intermediate distances and anti-glare I thought it would be nice. He has a decently strong prescription which means when he's tired things at far distances can be easy to look at but focusing on the monitor can be harder.

That's a new one. I didn't know that they made gaming glasses for that purpose. I looked into them at one point for eye fatigue/reading into the night but concluded that flux/redshift would be just as good from researching. A lot of people don't even like flux or believe it helps. I like it because it makes the screen less bright at night and what not.
