Sorry, I'm not a regular here, so is this okay to ask?
I am confused by these two cables. Both are supposed to be Micro USB 2, but why are they so different?
One is from Galaxy s4 and the other one is a 4World USB 2.0 MICRO 5pin,
It charges my S4 but no data.

The pinout is slightly different. There are micro-usb charging cables and micro-usb data cables.

Quality cables are dirt cheap now, just buy a few off Amazon or whatever and make sure they say that they are data transfer cables.

The quality standards on USB cables is all over the place. Unless you get a big-brand cable that says it supports data, it's a toss-up.

I don't see many Big Brand ones in the store, Amazon shipping would cost more than the cable
