Should I delete all social media apps from my phone?

why bother? it's not like deleting it from your phone will stop them from knowing who you are and where you are at all times (and listening to you jack off and sing in your car through the microphone. and why are you jacking off in the car?)

I didn't use any social media for about a year.
after that i delete pretty much everything.

Believe me or not reading news making my own opinion for everything is way better then looking people of facebook and seeing how shit my life is.
