Do i need to study five years at uni for getting a good job in IT field?

No, but just know that one course on codecademy doesn't make you hotshit. Read a lot of books on whatever course you're doing. Look into specializing in one aspect of it, even. There's a lot of free guides and helpful people online that have even done up study guides on how to learn X language. Make things that you can show off, remember that there's other idiots out there doing everything you're doing and possibly more on top of the code regurgitators with degrees so try to differentiate yourself from them.

You can get IT jobs without a degree. You just need the right certs and experience to compensate for not having a degree.

nearly impossible in Europe, especially in an socialist sugar island like Germany
paper matters here, no matter what you have contributed to the open source world

What is X language? Is it better than C?

I got a top tier job with one of the worst certificates possible, mainly because of my knowledge. Papers don't mean much in this country, unless it involves a shitload of theory and huge responsibilities
Might want to start with learning how to make a screenshot.

Depends on what position in IT you're looking for. Entry level desktop help only needs high school diploma or A+ certs. System admins need bachelor degrees or advanced certs like CCNA.

Fuck you you are everything that I like about Germany except you aren't such stuck-up cunts and get to smoke weed.

Well, technically weed is illegal here...
