I've seen it happen on a Thinkpad with Ubuntu aka the most just werks Linux setup there is.

I like it, though. Never had any problems with it. It also allows me to use itself without actually paying for it or bothering with cracking it while only cutting some very niche customisation shit I don't even need.
UWP itself is an amusing platform with a lot of potential, given MS manage to realize at least a half of their plans for it.
I will totally buy the license for my Win10 as soon as I stop being so fucking poor.

In most ways that matter. The only thing that 10 really has going for it is DX12 and that could have easily been pushed out for 7 as well.
