so here goes:
download this: https://sourceforge.net/projects/dban/files/dban/dban-2.3.0/dban-2.3.0_i586.iso/download
burn the iso to a usb flash drive with rufus or something
reboot your pc and make sure you set it to boot from usb in the bios/uefi interface
let it do the work
