does this really work
>>57504430
yes, but installing gentoo is the only true way to debloat your computer
Yeah. Done it to several computers in the last 5 years
>>57504485
nice try microshaft shill
do it OP it's a /g/ approved trick
>>57504430
It's always the first thing I do after installing Windows
Of course OP.
Be careful! It makes mustard gas.
>>57504430
Old news. I thought everybody knew about this trick already.
>>57504430
It really work.
Just restarted. Faster than ever!
>>57504430
Wow this helped so much wtf why didn't someone post this before
why is my system 32 folder only 3 1/2 gigobytes?
>>57504430
solus doesn't have this problem
>>57506757
They intentionally make the OS not report the full size, it's incredibly shady.
newfags think this is new
>>57506882
do you mean should be \system64?
>>57504430
does this work on my ?
This shit should have died years ago. Windows completely restricts you from deleting system32 since Vista.
>>57504430
ofc, but for XP era systems I believe
>>57504430
yes
>>57504430
>32 gigabytes
in 2016 I couldn't give two shits about 32 GB, but meanwhile 32 TB would be a gigantic fucking deal
3-order of magnitude jumps are weird
fucking amateurs ITT
there's a much better way to do it that's recognized by IT professionals across the world
so here goes:
download this: https://sourceforge.net/projects/dban/files/dban/dban-2.3.0/dban-2.3.0_i586.iso/download
burn the iso to a usb flash drive with rufus or something
reboot your pc and make sure you set it to boot from usb in the bios/uefi interface
let it do the work
thank me later anons
>>57504430
Everyone already knows this, OP confirmed newfag
Known Windows super tweak.
>>57504430
