Installed Arch on my X220 yesterday. It's obviously still a long way to go before it's fully functional and I'm also curious about what you guys have to say on the topic.

Antergos on a T430. It runs great.
I've got Manjaro OpenRC on my other T430. It's pretty good, but I'm probably going to replace it with Debian and see how that does.
