Deleting Installer folder would fuck up Office 201x if you use it (missing icons everywhere, why the fuck they don't use imported icons in .exe?), also if you're going to install some updates or remove something, Windows would whine about missing .msi and shit. Other than that, nothing serious.

The Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display doesn't have this problem.
