Google decided your browser isn't worthy of running their most modern interface. They used to do the same with the old Opera, they do the same now on Firefox mobile, probably to hurt its image in favor of Chrome and Chromium derivatives. It's not like your browser isn't capable. Just spoof your browser agent and that will magically revert Google's fuckery.
