A neighbor of mine just gave me the password to their wifi. I don't really know anything about networking, are there any dangers to this? Obviously I won't be doing any banking or things like that on their wifi, but can they snoop around or do anything harmful to my computer over a network? What's the worst that could happen?
fuck off
Use HTTPS and at worst they'll know what sites you visit, what services you use, how often, and roughly how much bandwidth you use.

They're Wifi demons, OP.
Once you connect to their wifi they will own you.
Be careful.

Anything you access can be viewed by your neighbor.

How exactly do they view it? They can monitor my traffic but can they see snapshots of my screen or something?

HTTPS is end-to-end encryption in this case.
He could, but he probably won't.

Use a VPN, OP. You'll be fine.

I would recommend this as well to ensure everything is encrypted rather than just some web traffic.
