used to be at a place that had to keep a W2K server around just for 20 year old accounting software. It didn't even have ACPI and had the old "it's now safe to shut off your computer" screen. also had to deal with clients that had windows 95, again due to proprietary software. also knew a few car places still on dos, same reason.
