Get DDU from wagnardmobile, run it and clean all video drivers in safe mode with administrator rights. Then download the lastest official Nvidia drivers for you OS from their webpage and install only the graphic driver first (so no GeForce Experiencie, shadowplay and all that crap), then test.

Remember if you're on Winshit10 to uncheck the window autoupdate (google it, it's simple), that doesn't mean to don't update the driver itself but rather that do it manually so you know what it actually install. Also remember to go to the last stable and never update when the release is fresh, always wait for some guinea pigs to eat all the bugs for you first so then it get hotfixed.

Update your bios
