Just curious, can this be considered a "security vulnerability"? On one hand, it's something physical, same effect as if you were to touch random parts together on your motherboard, and I don't think that's considered a security vulnerability. On the other hand, it's small and discrete, and you could potentially kill a public PC with lots of people around without anyone knowing who did it.
