What is the best note taking software for a CS student? I want something that allows me to type formatted code, comments, and also draw diagrams on the document using my touch screen. Is there any program that would allow me to do all of this?
I've tried a lot, but no note-taking program is better than a good old-fashioned notebook.
Google Keep is the best if you absolutely want to do it on a computer though.

Learn markup for formatted code. Use any paint application for diagrams. Embed the pictures using markup.

editor and base64
touch pad, or latex if you're a good typist

Nah, rather open a seperate Word document + yEd + Paint at the same time and store results in a seperate folder. You can embed the graphics you made in the word doc afterwards, if you really want to.
