Million dollar idea:

LED rape light strip. You put the strip on your shoe, like in OPs pick, but activate a morse/flashing SOS signal by squeezing your toes.

So if you're being dragged away, or pushed against your will, you activate the lights and passers-by will see you're in trouble.

Emotion-sensor combined with different color leds in you clothing to see in which mood people are you are dealing with. Red is angry, blue sad and green is happy. Could make interaction with other people alot easier, as you don't piss off the angry ones and sozialize with the green
