Conkeror, but the way Firefox development has been going I'm thinking about switching to Qutebrowser.

Is qutebrowser lightweight? How does it compare to palemoon?

v lightweight, decent functionality and support but it seems to crash a lot these days

I'm in this dilema right now
qutebrowser doesn't have plugin support and youtube is broken for example
and firefox+vimperator which, looks fucking ugly, is messy but works because it's firefox
what do?

Use webkit and make your own browser, it takes a couple of days of work if you don't know what you're doing.
