The entire concept is as close to nonsense as it can be without actually being nonsense.

It's based on all these tenuous rationalist concepts, and yet rationalists don't ever give into blackmail-esque schemes, so it shouldn't even work on them. There'd be no reason for an AI to do something that would only motivate people who are steadfast in not complying.
