why do people keep whining about telemetry? it's just anonymous usage statistics. they want to know which features they can stop caring about to maximize the usage of their developers and testers.

This method Nvidia uses dumps memory statistics, which means if someone decided to create something that sniffed for the packets phoned home they could intercept things like passwords and personal information.

I'm shocked someone hasn't made such a thing for 10 yet considering how much it wants to phone home.
