linux mint 16.x - perfect
mint 17.x - some tweaking required
mint 18 - error trying to install
opensuse - errors while trying to fix errors
cent os - error trying to install
fedora - cannot remember error
debian 8 - took some effort but finally ok
so regression all the way
i blame it on microsoft
linux was moving along fine while windows was a real threat, but since ms decided to kill it's own OS branch, they took a vacation as well
so it's back to the roots folks
anyone know where i can get a copy of memmaker?

MS-DOS was a shitty design and you had to tweak a lot but it was so simple you had an esay control of your machine. Windows 1 and 2 were good file explorers too.
