I am Linux user not windows fag.
I want to buy a good laptop but dont want to pay for Windows. I dont need Linux preinstalled, I can do this myself but it seems like all brands always come with Windows 10.
What do?
Some OEMs let you choose if you want windows when you buy from their site, but usually not when buying from 3rd parties.
I know dell, for one, does this.

French website, sorry. http://bons-constructeurs-ordinateurs.info/
Under the green smiley are some brands which sell computers with GNU/Linux or naked. You may notice that WHY! sells computers on an ecology basis.
Under the orange smiley are some brands which may give you back a given lump sum. Sorry for bad expression, it's 2am here.
– Asus give it back if you contact them within 14 days after the purchase. If you have no answer after 5 days, send them a registered mail.
– Fujitsu: same in a 3 months delay, contact them if you get no answer after 5 days.
Acer, Packard Bell, MSI, Samsung, and Toshiba give you the lump sum if you send them the computer: your computer will stay in their offices for 5 or 10 days.
You have a 30 days delay after purchase for Packard Bell and a 15 days delay for MSI.
Acer and Packard Bell take the transport in charge, you'll have to pay the sending for MSI and Toshiba, and Samsung wants you to pay all the transport (sending + receival).
Finally, there are the brands which don't refund you the software: Apple, Dell, Hewlett Packard, Lenovo, Medion, Sony.

They still do, you can get a developer edition xps laptop from dell with Ubuntu preinstalled
Sue Microsoft and oems for engaging in anti-competitive practices.

The Dell Precision 5510 is configurable to have Ubuntu installed (costs $100 less).
