I am expriencing exactly the same with facebook videos, and sometimes very rarely, youtube videos aswell.

I am quite sure its because of Chrome. I used other browser and it isnt hapening. Got GTX 1060 3gb, whats your specs?

go into chrome://flags/ and disable hardware accelled video, restart chrome and it should be fixed
