Is Windows 10 Education worth it? I got a free upgrade code but none of the features are jumping out at me as all that noteworthy.
Does it kill Cortana?

While 10 started out well. It has gone to shit in a few months. If you get 10 hack it an turn off the updates

I already have Win 10 Home, the upgrade code just turns it into an Education version, which, as far as I know, kills Cortana and adds some Enterprise features?
It adds all the enterprise features and permanently disables Cortana.
If you're the average /v/ import you probably won't get much out of the added features, but killing Cortana is probably worth it unless you enjoy those features. AFAIK is also gets rid of some of the Windows 10 Store suggestion stuff.

Anyone know what happens if I don't activate Windows 10 besides the watermark for non-fullscreened applications?

If it works like Windows 8 then your computer should be turning it self off after 2 hours of use if you don't redeem a valid product key
