Firefox has some modifier combination or option or something that lets you prevent pages from blocking the right click menu. No idea about Ctrl+C Ctrl+V though.

also due to webmasters not realizing that this is trivial to work around. Even if you don't use any kind of script-blocking, modern browsers have a setting that prevents JS from being notified of and allowed to handle right-click events. Said settings exist specifically to work around this crap, but most normies don't know about them.

Because japs are rulecucks insanely anal about copyright.
