Honestly, probably the shitty drive that came with it is dying. Boot Linux from a live disk, copy your data to a flash drive and buy a new hard drive. You can buy a copy of windows or whatever, but honestly I would see what you had a pirate an installer and use the key you have on the case to install windows.
