I went down the whole tilingwm route using ncmpcpp etc and it was just a meme honestly. OSX does everything better than Linux ever did and developing is much easier in a lot of cases aside from C which is just for pet projects anyway.

I had fun with it, it just get's tiring after a while. It'd be different if I was still in school like a lot of people on this board and had time to play with Linux but I just cant' spend that time anymore. Getting older I've gained an appreciation for polish and doing things the hard but functional way to show off online and call anyone who takes the easy route a "fisher price" user.
