Hello, i have a RAM question.

i just bought this ram:

Can i now by this to upgrade to 12GB? Will my system run smoothly? i dont know if mixing them not in pairs is bad. Thanks for any advice!

its not best to mix. even if you buy one 8gb kit now and another identical 8gb kit later. even if they are the same generation, two separate kits might not play along nicely.

if you want 16gb it be best to buy a new single 16gb kit.
