I used to have it on a spare pc hooked up to my tv, i replaced it with arch/xbmc/steam and it is far more stable
Its just an OS that boots to steam in big picture. You can get the same use and a lot of improved functionality from using any gnu linux distro and installing steam.
Sad thing is that very few devs are adopting non-DX APIs, and that kills linux gaming, resulting in very few AAA ports or shit/inferior ports to its Windows/DiretctX counterparts.
