I'm kind of torn between the two. Paheal is a slow piece of shit, it has no descriptive tags and you can't favorite pictures. Rule34xxx is faster, has more tags, allows ecchi and you can favorite shit, but it has much fewer pictures, and the ads are much more intrusive(sometimes getting even past ublock).
Out of all of these booru porn sites, I think the best one is by far e621, but they only host furry shit.

Make an account and disable the ads that interrupt browsing.
