I'm not a big fan of apple products myself, but the reasons that you listed are pretty stupid. You can enable right click in settings, and having the taskbar and window buttons in different places isn't that big of a deal. Finder (exporer) is literally right there on the dock.

The closed garden stuff and sub-par filesystem are mostly why I don't like osx, but I hate windows too, so I'm not a great sample.
