increasing productivity in Africa isnt free. at what cost? the money, time, resources are better used elsewhere. and we all know theyll need to be babysat the entire way through and forever or else risk collapse like has happened to any successful nation with blacks.

Of those, thousands will become very successful
Of those, most will move to the west for a better life
Of those, many will have children
of those children, the majority will fall into the traps of america's genuinely anti-intellectual, anti-civility "nigga" culture"

And the rest? Call center managers at the best.

Giving "resources to grow with" to the poor nations rarely ends up doing anything especially significant. Build them a school and they burn it down or use it as an excuse to leave.

Just give them the cold hard cash and they actually do something. You might not like it when they use it to take over their country and make cocaine the official industry of the people, but it's something.
