I have 3000 lines in my MainActivity.java.
Is this normal? Someone please send help.

Your entire family deserves to be gassed.

There is nothing wrong with it, Radjesh.
I'm willing to bet I can write it in under 800 lines in Perl
What does it do?

you should not give a fuck about "spaghetti code"
do whatever you need to do to get it done
You should only worry about yourself understanding it. Don't worry about hypothetically someone else reading it unless you actually think someone else is gonna read it.

What if I wanted to be a professional? I feel like employers see my code and go "spaghetti" then toss me in the trash.
>>57341637
I can do it in one line with Bash :^)

Depends on what it is. if you're spaghetti-ing something that can obviously be done in a few dozen lines they might, but they are not fools. They understand that some things can take many lines to code.
Don;t worry too much, have confidence in yourself.
General rule of thumb is unless you're creating a one off version of a program is you do a general layout. Make a rough program. Work out some kinks. Then go back and refactor and recode the entire thing for maximum neatness and stability. Look to reorganize everything as neat and clean and efficient as possible while keeping future updates in mind.
