I've got a car which was made inbetween the time of tape decks and aux jacks so I've just got a CD player.
I currently use a bluetooth to radio device to stream music to my car stereo but its staticy and doesn't sound as good.
Are there any better options out there for me or are there any recommended bluetooth-radio stream devices?

You can get a bluetooth capable stereo and install kit for under $100. Those shitty transmitters are usually around $50.
