I want to use picrelated folder for actual documents like books etc. but this thing is always full with programms/gamesaves etc.

Is there a possibilty to keep this empty and using another folder for the programms? Using win10

Also is there a programm, which allows to make transparent folders like app-folders on iphone? So I can organize my programms in it and keep the desktop clean.

Easiest solution: create a directory named Documents and use it instead.

If you don't have hidden (system) folders visible in explorer you can always hide the program folders so you don't see them. Doesn't actually make My Documents empty but I assume it's good enough since you just don't want it to clutter the folder and get mixed with your own things.
