Dear /g/
I have been running this setup for a long time with no problems. But today I bought a wireless speaker (the blue X) for my kitchen. And it has become obvious that the connection between the modem and the speaker is too weak to stream stuff from PC1.
What would be the best way of remedying the problem? Should I turn the router (asus ac68u) to a repeater? Or an access point? Or a hotspot? The main goal is getting a strong wifi signal in the kitchen, and PC1 need to be the connected to the modem/router that sends that signal.

Place router and modem far away from each other and without staight line of sight between them. Use same ssid and pass on both of them but different channels.

Thank you for the advice. Should I use a wired connection between them or just let the router be entirely wireless?
