1: do not use a cellphone
2: look for a hotel you want to stay for the night
3: order a custom builded laptop PC make sure the drive is empty
4: ask someone who knows computers and try to get to know them in person. Do not ask people who work with the government like google Apple etc those are beta traps
5: if you have a friend you can "use him" as a VPN if it's your friend you're looking for at least. I wouldn't recommend VPN's as they keep logs and it's easy for the FBI to find your tracks. You'll be better off using a tunnel ssh
7: your friend has to know what he's doing in order to help you. He has to know coding, glitches, exploits, and backdoors. Nowadays it's a lot easier to get traced by. Tbh it's obviously "hardware" I think but it's impossible.
8: Do not use Windows or any OS that exploits your anonymity. Use an offensive security OS. Usually it's either in public or on the deep web maybe "private" but use tunnel ssh for this. You might need to hack someone's ip to get a private OS if they have it stashed as a cd or USB port maybe as a dmp file.
9: If all operations fail and someone has your ip. Leave your laptop if I'm this nervous then usually "hardware" related machines can carry beacons easily to trace you even if the machine is not on. You might need to double check on that
10: destroy your laptop if you have information that is intact. I don't trust any system machines that it'll say a file is deleted but really it can be recovered.
11: Get out of the hotel if you're finished and go back to your house. Do not call anyone or anybody even your friend. Voice recognition if ever possible your voice is caught on a laptop than you're owned. To hide from this use a program to morph your voice into a low resolution or just noisy resolution than you're good to go! Complete anonymity You don't have to worry about your government or any organization watching you and if they got you on camera than it just means you're not that much of a ghost or ever will be
