well for one, symbian was not a very good operating system imho. It was slow.
But otherwise, Nokia E series phones were ridiculously solid devices, so unless the one you get will be falling apart on your hands you can expect it to last a long time.
The keyboard is also okay, not blackberry tier but okay.
