Doesn't Apple have content blocking? Anyways, put this in your custom CSS to hide the ads so you won't accidentally click on them (they're still loaded though unless you have a way to block them):

You're probably right about the first bit though, I just dunno really, it's why I wanted to ask /g/ and make sure.

You can't get any malware is private/incognito mode because it hides your identity so the hackers don't know where to deliver the malware.
