Everything else is a placebo meme.
I've used greenify and amplify for about a year, and I just recently uninstalled both and there's literally no battery difference.
Im using an edited hosts file for adblock.

Should've actually messed with the Xposed module settings.
Aggressive Doze is a godsend.

>Im using an edited hosts file for adblock.
Not even AdAway? The hosts list gets updated every few days.
Also, MinMinGuard removes the areas that ads would normally occupy in some apps.

>>57251191
See above. Plus YouTube shows ads even with a modified hosts file.
No idea why he's using AdBlocker though.
>>
>>57251185
forcedoze works on root mode with disabled sensors.

enough for me
>>
>>57251236
>>57251249
I had it enabled in xposed and force doze and all that shit.
The problem is that I have a moto x, and the moto display activates really easily. Thanks to that, the screen lights up if the phone detects any motion above it also, which makes doze activation kind of annoying.
If I turned that feature off, then I imagine greenify and amplify would help.

My rom has an edited hosts file built in, and I'm using an ad blocking browser on top of that (tuga browser). I was using minmin before, but after getting rid of it I realized it makes no difference to me because of the browser.
>>
>>57251291
>My rom has an edited hosts file built in
There's no way that isn't outdated as shit.

>and I'm using an ad blocking browser on top of that (tuga browser)
The hosts file removes ads from all apps, though. I mean, if it works for you, then nevermind, but I couldn't live without AdAway.
Good taste in browsers.

I want moto display on, I just wish there was a way to make the sensors worse so it wasn't as sensitive.

Not sure, try it.

AB for Chrome. MMG for general use. YT for YT.

You know that one good adblocker will block ads in all apps, right
including chrome
right

I still get ads on Spotify, what do familia?
(when enabled)
>>
>>57252516
You have to manually update your hosts. /r/piracy has a post on which ones help circumvent Spotify ads.
>>
>>57252336
This to be honest. I almost lost a whole hour of SOT in a single day, even without any modules installed yet. Android System's battery usage was the battery offender, more than the browser and Youtube I was using.

This went away after uninstalling xposed.
