How did you manage to brick your phone? Rooting is as simple as plugging in your device and pressing "root". It's soft bricked so you'll be fine, also if you ever try to root again don't use SuperSU.

also accessing to the bootloader on a huawei is a pain in the ass with all the code thing etc.
