throw it into a computer and try CUDA programming. Or give that computer then to a friend who expresses interest in PC gaming
Give it to me, I'll gladly have a nice card
OP, where do you live? Id take it off your hands for actual scientific purposes
suicide overclock

Sell it to college students for 100$

The RX 460 is $100 new with a more efficient and faster architecture.
I have that exact card OP if your picture is actually the one you have. Pretty solid amount of power, I think you could throw together a gaming pc for a friend or maybe an HTPC if you have the motivation. It's super quiet, at least mine is.
Been thinking about upgrading soon, would a GTX 980 be a good step up?

Take the fans and heatsink off and overclock until it reaches 100c idle

Yes it is
>Been thinking about upgrading soon, would a GTX 980 be a good step up?
980 is still good for gaming now and its cheaper and will get more cheaper when the gtx1080ti comes out early next year

>tfw i own this card and its the 3rd best card that anyone i know owns
>still consider it to be too strong for my needs
I cringe every time i hear of someone playing new games on a nvidia gt 610/620/710/720 laptop and telling people that they "run fine"

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

>super quiet
>literally woke up my mother 2 rooms across when putting 230+fps on cs go because BZZZZZZZZZZZZ
its also hot.
keep it as a backup card or buy another one on ebay/cl and do a sli setup on a 2nd computer.
that's what i did with my 560ti 2gb, but since they make so much heat in sli i only use one and keep the other one for a rainy day. never know when you'll want to build another pc and have a need for a temporary card that can still run 2010 games on high/max.
do a giveaway on reddit :^)

Mine altcoins or make a pc meant strictly for media. Spare pc for movies and shit while having one if a friend wants to play
