I have used for a long time a web free anti virus named ComboFix. Unfortunatelly it's not available for Windows10. Can you guys suggest me some good web anti viruses?

Shits a straight up recovery tool that can fuck up your files if you aren't careful.
Why on earth would you use it as an AV? What are you doing that requires you to use combofix that often?

Actuall you just need GNU grep and sed
and run
"grep -q 'VIRUS' file #to scan
&& sed -i s/VIRUS//g file #to clean".
This will find and remove VIRUS in any binary, and this is why linux does not suffer from viruses.
