It's important to note that 0 is only a zero in limit. We call it zero because the size of 0 is so incredibly fundamentally small that any number (not infinity) multiplied against it, is basically 0 as well.

(lim x->∞+ 1/x * x) = (lim x->∞ 0 * x)

simplifying

(lim x->∞+ 1) = (lim x->∞ 0*x)
1 = 0 * ∞

Which isn't exactly right but also isn't exactly wrong. 0 * ∞ where the 0 is a 0 in limit can be anything we want it to be. We can change the equation such that 1/x * x is actually 2/x*x, and then we'd get

2 = 0 * ∞

Which is also the right answer (but the wrong one at the same time)
