Because apple is a technology company, not an ad company. they make their money from selling hardware, not ad profiles.

The Google ToS just talks about all the different ways they will sell, redistribute, and share your information with their third party "partners". The Apple ToS has none of that because they don't do that stuff.

Because the iPhone OS is more efficient, better designed and has less overhead and better quality features than android OS. For starters because the OS runs on the hardware and uses BSD jails for security, while android uses a virtual machine, which isn't even that fast (lol, this is what puts the lag in lagdroid). This is also why an android phone needs to have twice the hardware power, twice the bulk, and twice the battery to get the same performance, because it computes everything twice, once on the hardware, and once in the vm. gay.

I'm on 9.3.3 and while I have to revoke and redo the certificate w/ cydia impactor every 7 days (only if my phone hard resets), I can do that just fine (hence semi-tethered. If I hard reboot in between those 7 days I can rejailbreak from my phone, kind of like PSP CFW)
