Also, anyone else only get a weird quality pop-in at the beginning of videos when using -crf? Apparently CRF is supposed to be superior, but due to this problem I think I'll stick with 2-pass.

Shit, I used both sometimes. I seen that adding pass makes it look better. Either size is bigger r smaller.
