managed is easier to write stable code for, and performance with monosimd and ryu is excellent

desu if they offered a good Lisp and supported it, I'd jump ship right away. As it is, Racket is my main language. F# seems pretty well supported, but I've never been a big fan of ML-like languages and it's not as well supported as C#, which would be the only thing to really make it stand out among that crowd.

c# is awesome, as a beginner it took me one hour to put together a 4chan image downloader with a nice gui and without using the 4chan api. it would probably have taken me months in C.
