More info:

It was on an old build of windows 10, the login option had change automatically so it required an outlook account password I don't have access to, tried to factory reset it but now it won't even boot.

Disconnect hard drive then try to boot and check if it hangs.
Then try to boot a live cd .

Could be a bad hard drive
